Sadness, anxiety and even despair can set in. You are not alone! I help those dealing with hardships and focus on renewing hope, purpose and joy. I work together with you to feel heard, understood and find solutions to restore your quality of life.
I have an extensive background in health care settings and elder services. This experience provides me with an understanding of medical conditions and the aging process. I’m passionate about assisting you with your mental health needs and use a holistic approach to help you find a better balance and increased fulfillment.
