I offer a warm, funny, conversational-style therapy, specializing in healing trauma of all kinds. Trauma shows up most commonly as Anxiety, Depression, Addiction (FREEZE threat response), ADHD/ADD (FLIGHT), Anger issues (FIGHT), People-pleasing/Codependency (FAWN), and relationship issues.
I use a combination of talk therapy/coaching and somatic/body work to release trauma stored in the body from childhood... all on video! I give useful homework, tools, tricks, and lots of support. I provide psychoeducation so you can understand what is happening and why, so everything begins to make sense. We can't free it if we can't see it.
