My counseling experience includes working with children, individuals, couples, and families. My approach is gentle, safe and non-judgmental. Each individual, couple, and family is unique, thus I provide varying treatment approaches. I draw on approaches that integrate mind-body-spirit; behavioral; and strength-based. When I work with couples and families I drawn from a systematic approach, meaning the couple and/or family unit functions as a whole and when one person is struggling, so is the rest of the family. My role is to help assist you in discovering the unhealthy patterns that are keeping you stuck.
I don't "fix" you; rather I walk besides you and help guide you on your new journey towards wholeness. We all want to break those chains keeping us in a destructive holding pattern. Let me help you create the life you've dreamed of and deserve.
I work with a wide range of clients. My experience includes helping clients understand the origins of their anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, and family conflict.
