I am passionate about helping clients heal and transform through an eco-art therapeutic approach that combines art, nature and play. Working and playing in a natural setting, I offer a variety of mediums to encourage growth, both indoors and out. This allows an emergent and imaginative approach to therapy that adapts to fit the unique needs of each individual, couple, family and group. Moving from sand tray to clay, collage to art journaling, clients can walk outdoors on paths that meander past waterways and through old growth forests. With labyrinths, meditative walks and an enormous sound chamber, I offer many creative outlets.
Art and nature reach beyond our conscious mind to touch the 95% of us that is unconscious and inaccessible by words. Creativity naturally recalls repressed memories to heal embodied core wounds and complexes that perpetuate past trauma. Returning to our child-like nature, eco-art therapy is deep, powerful and meaningful play that can change your life.
I feel deeply called to work with clients in a creative way that honors their transformative nature. From physiology to psychology to ecology, art and nature heal. They change brainwaves and beliefs, calling upon the innate wisdom of our nature in nature. During a time of technological addiction, anxiety, depression and fear, art and nature heal. Come play!
