Welcome. All are welcome here. I am an experienced psychotherapist, clinical supervisor, consultant and certified Life Coach, working in partnership with clients who are motivated to bring greater peace and healthy balance to their lives. Many of my clients are dealing with mood issues, challenges with sexuality, betrayal trauma, life transitions or difficult life events. My approach is gentle, inclusive, highly informed and effective. I offer regular appointments (in person or online), assessments, consultations and intensives. Coming in 2026: Discernment Counseling for couples on the brink.

I work with individuals and couples experiencing symptoms of trauma, sexual concerns, anxiety/depression, and relationship challenges. I also work with many folks who just want to "feel better". My training include Somatic Experiencing, Sex Therapy; Sex Addiction (CSAT); CBT, Emotion Focused Therapy and parts work (IFS). Certified Life Coach/consultant.
