Many people have insight into their problems, but struggle to find the ability to get “unstuck.” My desire is to help you find a new path, break down old habits, and discover new tools to cope. I have worked in the field of counseling for over fifteen years, helping people of various ages and backgrounds with anxiety, depression, grief, life changes, trauma, and postpartum issues.
In my office, you will be welcomed with acceptance and warmth, as well as respect. I use a number of different evidence-based approaches, including CBT, CPT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and mindfulness to help people gain clarity over unhelpful thoughts and behaviors. I am a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional.
