Feeling self-doubt, fear, stuck, or find yourself taking care of others more than yourself? I offer a compassionate, holistic healing approach. I've been a therapist 25+ years. My training: CU/Boulder, Harvard, and Brown Medical School. I blend proven methods such as CBT, EMDR, meditation, mindfulness, and mind-body energetic approaches, with a focus on inner-kindness and self-acceptance. I teach people an energetic methodology to release core negative beliefs so the can embody transformation and change. I craft a unique, personalized approach for each individual.

I collaborate with my clients to create a healing process that empowers, enlightens, and helps people experience ongoing change and new awareness! My overall model is as follows: Insight + Inner Kindness + Skills + Release Beliefs = Heart Transformation. I blend insight, support and teach new tools you can use.

My core belief is that compassion for self and others is the essential wisdom that leads to happiness and peace-of-mind. Learn more about my approach: www.HeatherLaChancePhD.com. I use mind-body techniques that transform the way individuals feel, not just the way they think about a problem or issue.

Meditation Workshop

Meditation has been found to help improve cognitive performance, creativity, focus, as well as improve mood, state-of-mind, blood pressure, and immune function. If you would like to learn how to meditate, or you already know how but would like to expand your approach, this workshop is for you. I blend meditation with traditional therapy techniques to provide a rich opportunity for self growth. TBD - seeking interested clients
