About
Choosing to explore therapy can be both a courageous and overwhelming process! You may not be sure what to expect. In therapy, you can count on the fact that I value your unique experience and story. My aim as a therapist is to create a sacred space where you can express your raw internal thoughts and emotions. My desire is to come alongside of you and empower you to face whatever it is that blocks you. I believe we are resilient enough to face our feelings, to change, to grow and to heal. I work with adolescents, college aged students and adult individuals.
I am particularly passionate about those who experience anxiety, panic attacks, chronic stress, loneliness, and shame surrounding their body or sexuality (purity culture!) I love working at the intersection of faith and emotional health especially regarding relationships or family of origin related issues. (Including adults of emotionally immature parents)
I work with clients struggling with anxiety, depression and various life transitions/stressors. Those who are highly sensitive and deep thinkers or just seeking to become more emotionally literate will find a soft landing place to be their most authentic self here. Those who have been affected by narcissism will find hope and validation within their story.
