Help has been put off for awhile… You have "family issues” and often times feel so alone. Racing heart beat, everything feeling like it’s closing in, feelings of panic are all too common. You might be tired of coping with substances/ medications. Feeling rested doesn’t happen anymore, and sometimes the whole night is spent worrying. You always find a reason for not getting help. Life is just too busy with work and other stuff going on. Overwhelm takes over a lot. But, you are tired of living this way… Life is just too hard… You may be looking for a more holistic experience, or help with some spiritual stuck-ness as well.
I provide empathy, warmth, and compassion to be with your struggles, and to help you to move through feeling stuck to a state of feeling well in a safe environment. We look at how the four elements exist inside of us— our emotions, our thoughts, our spirit, and our body— and how you can heal yourself with remembering how empowered you are.
