Through curiosity and meaningful conversation, you can move forward. In my practice, counseling can include humor; both laughter and tears are important parts of healing and growing. While I certainly respect that serious matters are discussed in therapy, we can usually find ways to enjoy our progress.
I specialize in working with adults struggling with trauma, life changes & relationship issues. I believe we can benefit tremendously from being encouraged to express ourselves. I offer an empathetic, non-judgmental environment where you can safely explore your feelings while we work collaboratively to help you achieve your goals in therapy.
