I specialize in trauma recovery including narcissistic abuse, PTSD/Complex PTSD, childhood trauma, interpersonal abuse, and generational trauma. I also treat codependency, attachment/abandonment issues, emotional disturbance, and relational issues. I help clients heal through validation and evidence-based therapies including EMDR and Neurofeedback.
