In addition to providing support for the ups and downs of life I do also specialize in the treatment of trauma, depression, OCD, and anxiety-related disorders. I have been highly trained in such evidence-based modalities as EMDR, Exposure and Response Prevention, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I also use elements of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and ACT.
