Welcome—I’m really glad you’re here. If your relationship feels more distant than it used to, if you keep finding yourselves in the same argument on repeat, or if you’re feeling anxious, low, or a bit lost, you’re in the right place. I specialize in working with couples in distress and individuals navigating: anxiety, grief, life transitions, and the experience of being human. Looking inward can feel daunting, so my goal is to offer a space that’s warm, relaxed, and gently supportive—where we can do meaningful work together in a way that feels safe, human, and even, at times, a little lighter.

I’m inspired by Carl Jung’s work and gently weave together spirituality, psychodynamic therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Emotionally Focused Therapy to create a warm, supportive space for meaningful growth.
