Together, we work on understanding emotions, building confidence, and feeling more connected at home. I’m a parent and former school social worker with ADHD myself, so I get how real these challenges are—and how much change is possible with the right support.

Therapy with me is about finding steadiness amid change. I help you slow down, make sense of what’s happening, and try new ways to cope. Together, we’ll ease anxiety, reduce tension in relationships, and shift unhelpful patterns so you can feel more grounded, connected, and hopeful.
