Everyone has times in life where they feel stuck, whether that be in a harmful relationship, an unfulfilling job, a shaming culture, or unbearable grief. No matter where you are in life, there is hope for growth, healing, and self-discovery. You do not have to go through your journey alone. I believe we were created to be in relationship with one another, and that is how growth happens. I would love to talk with you and see if I would be a good fit to join you on your journey toward freedom and fulfillment.
Letting someone into your journey is scary, but there is immense courage in pursuing deep healing. I hope my office will be a safe space for you to share your unique story. Together we can make meaning out of hurt and mold your story into one you desire to live.
My hope is to empower individuals, couples, and families, to be their most true selves and to grow in relationships. I am passionate about working with clients who want to explore and form their identity and spirituality. I will support you in understanding and building confidence in who you are.
