I am an LMSW specializing in working with individuals, ages 9 and up, navigating trauma, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, PTSD, behavioral challenges, and emotional struggles. I also have a strong passion for supporting women through prepartum and postpartum experiences, recognizing the emotional complexity that can come with these seasons of life.
