I offer EMDR focused, remote therapy for adults navigating the lasting effects of trauma, sleep disturbances, loss, guilt, and a dysregulated nervous system. My approach is compassionate and direct, with a little bit of humor. Together, we will work at a pace that honors your needs. I offer individual clinical supervision to associates in Washington State.
