I absolutely LOVE my career choice, and I enjoy working with people of all ages. I have found that I enjoy helping people with almost any issue with which they may be struggling, and I believe in meeting a person where they are. I use a strengths-based approach to assist my clients in resolving issues, and I believe strongly that each individual is the expert in his/her/their own life, and therefore very capable of making any necessary adjustments/changes. Sometimes each of us simply needs someone to help us through the process.
I have 7 years of experience working with individuals of all ages and all walks of life. I feel that my strengths lie in encouraging others, walking beside my clients as they work through the difficulties they are facing, helping then to find solutions, and assisting them in building a more satisfying life.
