I do a lot of relational work with individuals and couples. I use an attachment-based lens, emotionally focusing on the process of how you connect to yourself, to your loved ones, and to the world (EFT). Sometimes we look at unhelpful thoughts to slow down anxiety and "check the facts" (CBT). You get to know and make sense of yourself by getting to know your internal parts (IFS).
