Yes, I'm accepting new clients in 2026! We will work to help you gain greater clarity, wellbeing, and resilience through finding strategies that work to address the things that feel challenging, both inside and out. I am an independently licensed with almost 30+ years of post-graduate experience, 26+ in Hawai'i.
I combine cognitive, behavioral, and somatic interventions. I draw from training in CBT, CBT for Insomnia, Level 1 Gottman Training, poly-vagal theory in psychotherapy, and self-compassion and mindfulness practices. I am a Daring Way Trained Facilitator with the Brené Brown Education and Research Group.
