Even if you aren't having current feelings of anxiety or depression but find yourself going through a tough time, are feeling overwhelmed, or are frustrated by loved ones and feel powerless, you can use support. That’s what I provide - a safe & supportive space.
I support clients through a variety of modalities - EMDR therapy, MINDFULNESS, CBT techniques, and TALK therapy. I love connecting with individuals as well as couples, while helping them understand not just themselves but other people in their lives better. I collaborate on treatment planning - working as part of our team to target critical healing points.
The environment I create feels safe and non-judgmental. If you are looking for a clinician who can utilize her trauma-focused skills in one session, then recognize the need for and provide talk therapy in another, then I am a good fit. I try to imagine a walk in my client’s shoes as a way of connecting empathetically and understanding the root issue.
