I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I have 19 years of counseling experience. I have worked with numerous and diverse diagnoses, issues, and populations. I specialize in depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, women's issues, and relationship problems.
The most common feedback I have received throughout my career is clients feeling very comfortable with me from the start. I feel it is important to build a positive rapport, so clients feel they have a safe space to tell their story. To begin I like to address the issues that clients feel are a priority and set small goals to help improve these areas.
