It is time to prioritize yourself and rediscover the many pleasures life has to offer. I treat teens, adults and relationships structures who are experiencing overwhelm and distress. Together we will work towards untangling the unhelpful narratives surrounding sex and sexuality, anxiety, depression, perinatal/postpartum mental health, ADHD and feelings of burnout. Feelings of insecurity, shame, discomfort, or boredom can lead to long lasting rifts in our relationships, including the relationship with ourselves. My approach is client centered to ensure that my clients feel truly heard.
I offer special support in the areas of Sex Therapy, phobias, ADHD, navigating difficult relationship conversations, postpartum issues, stepparenting, teen issues, grief, anxiety, depression and spirituality/cult victimization including feelings of guilt, shame and worthlessness.
We all deserve the opportunity to be seen and heard. My practice is built on empowerment, discretion, and a deep understanding of the uniqueness of the human experience. I have a passion for helping clients rediscover themselves and to help our youth begin to regain a sense of emotional safety and understanding of their experiences. We all need support.
