I have experience in addressing depression, anxiety, life transitions, trauma and relational conflict. I primarily draw from CBT tools to help you reframe unproductive thoughts, cope with the things that are unchangeable, and make adjustments in your life that are maintainable and can lead to a larger positive effect to your wellbeing.
Every person or couple have their own battles and opportunity for growth. I work to help you identify and process emotions you may be struggling with, while providing tools one can use to navigate these issues outside of the therapy space.
