I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with 10 years of experience supporting individuals navigating trauma, depression, anxiety, life transitions, grief, mood and personality disorders, and identity concerns. I help clients build emotional resilience and regulation through holistic, person-centered care. I bring a warm, eclectic style that integrates both traditional and alternative healing approaches tailored to meet clients where they are on their unique journey.
I hold a Master’s in Counseling and Development from Texas Woman’s University. I incorporate somatic movement as well as art and evidence-based therapy to support healing and growth. I provide educational resources to aid and empower each client. My approach is rooted in compassion, validation, and meeting clients exactly where they are.
