Feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or emotionally exhausted, like you’re functioning on the outside but struggling internally? Many teens and adults I work with feel stuck in survival mode: overthinking, shutting down, feeling emotionally reactive, or carrying past experiences into the present. I provide EMDR therapy for trauma and anxiety. EMDR helps your brain reprocess distressing experiences so they feel less intense and no longer drive present-day reactions. You do not have to relive every detail for healing to occur. Therapy with me is collaborative, paced, and focused on helping you feel grounded, safe, and more in control.

EMDR therapy helps reduce the emotional intensity of trauma, anxiety, panic, and distressing life experiences. I work with teens and adults experiencing PTSD symptoms, childhood trauma, burnout, relationship stress, low self-worth, and nervous system dysregulation.
