I am a somatic and attachment therapist supporting clients in feeling autonomy over their bodies, experiences, and a secure attachment to themselves. My clients come to me for trauma treatment or feeling caught in cycles of anxiety, overthinking, and stuck in relationship patterns. I empower my clients with nervous system regulation tools, boundary recognition and honoring, and strength to come into compassionate contact with their experiences without loosing themselves in overwhelm.
