I believe every person has a story, and that story deserves to be heard. I strive to create a space where you can feel comfortable being yourself, without judgment, while we explore the experiences, challenges, and emotions that have shaped you. I’m here to listen, understand, and support you as you work toward greater self-awareness and meaningful change.
Outside of my work, I’m an avid mineral hunter and love spending my free time outdoors. Being in nature keeps me grounded and curious—qualities I also bring into my work with the people I have the privilege of supporting.
I specialize in Cognitive behavioral therapy and Trauma Focused CBT. Certified in Cognitive Processing Therapy. Experience in women’s issues and gender informed care, substance use, eating disorders as well as Infertility and parenting issues. I have a range of knowledge in working with kids as well!
I know firsthand what it feels like to be different—to not quite fit into the mold that the world often expects us to conform to. Whether it’s how we think, feel, learn, love, or experience the world, being different can sometimes feel isolating, confusing, or overwhelming. That’s why I’ve dedicated myself to creating a space where everyone can be seen.
