About
Accepting New Clients - Telehealth/Virtual. I believe we can benefit from therapy no matter where we are in life. I have enjoyed working with individuals across the lifespan with a variety of issues, including trauma, depression, and anxiety. In our work together, we will learn how your thought patterns are helping or keeping you from meeting your goals. I am very dedicated to being the best mental health professional I can be, which is why I have been working toward my PhD since the time I became an LPC. I am continuously learning up to date ways to help my clients.
After getting my MA in 2015, I enrolled in the PhD program at National University where I learn the most current therapy techniques. I specialize in trauma, depression, and anxiety and use a trauma informed perspective with an emphasis on cognitive behavioral techniques. We will identify current stressors and past issues that have caused adjustment issues.
I genuinely believe that healing and wholeness is possible for each of my clients. I seek to help each individual determine what that means and looks like on a case-by-case basis. Together, we will develop a treatment plan individualized to you and your personal goals.
