I offer comprehensive assessments and ADHD therapy.
My practice is different from others when it comes to managing ADHD. Specifically, it is designed to work better for the ADHD brain. Together we will create a plan that considers your needs as a whole person. You will have plenty of time to ask questions and the patient portal makes it easy to connect between sessions when needed.
With over 18 years experience as a Nurse Practitioner, certification in the treatment of ADHD, and lived experience myself, I get it and I'm glad to be with you-no shame, no judgement, and no pressure to conform or mask. I want you to know you don't have to keep doing it alone or the hard way.

This virtual group is for adults with ADHD is perfect if you are ready to stop feeling overwhelmed and start feeling calm and confident. This is a safe space to learn and practice skills, have accountability, and enjoy interacting with other adults with ADHD. Our sessions are structured to make sure that your needs are met and you have opportunities to both give to and receive from the group. The group is led by a certified ADHD specialist with over 20 years experience (and her own shared lived experience).
