Groups
Anger Management
Anger Management Groups are offered in a supportive, structured virtual setting for adults who want to better understand and manage their anger. This 10-week program focuses on identifying triggers, improving emotional regulation, developing healthier responses to stress, and strengthening communication skills. Groups are facilitated by a internationally certified anger management therapist and provide practical tools that can be applied in everyday situations. The program is appropriate for individuals seeking personal growth as well as those court-ordered or probation-referred to attend.
