Does it sometimes feel like you're on the outside of your life looking in? Or are you wondering why it feels like you do so much for others, but it isn't reciprocated? Perhaps you've even started asking yourself, "Is it me? Am I just too much?" These are existential questions, but they often show up with anxiety and depression. I enjoy working with individuals who want to address these questions and explore how to create meaningful change in their lives. My clients enjoy working with a practitioner who places a high priority on fostering authentic connections and cultivating strong, meaningful therapeutic relationships.

I work with clients to help them find the answers they seek by guiding introspection, building practical coping tools and skills, and by educating about and working with the body's autonomic nervous system to facilitate holistic change. I use a variety of approaches and practices to meet the unique needs of each client.

I believe that each of us holds the innate potential to create and enjoy a fulfilling existence, free from the suffering that depression and anxiety cause. My intention is to provide a compassionate, accepting, and supportive space for clients to explore and develop the skills and tools necessary to achieve their goals.
