As a therapist, I believe change happens through understanding, compassion, and connection. My approach is gentle but honest, and I work to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are, messy feelings and all. Together, we’ll slow things down, make sense of what’s been weighing on you, and find ways to help you feel more grounded and at ease in your life.

My work is grounded in a trauma and neuro-informed lens, meaning we pay attention to how your mind and body carry stress, protective responses, and past experiences that may still be influencing you. Together, we focus on increasing awareness, rebuilding trust in yourself, and creating change that feels authentic and livable not just learning coping skills.

Our work together will take place in a space that is safe, welcoming, and nonjudgmental. We’ll move thoughtfully and intentionally, respecting your story, your limits, and your resilience. Together, we’ll support your system in finding balance and reclaiming a sense of wholeness that may have been lost over time. You are not alone in this process.
