Hello and welcome! Thank you for taking a few moments to read about me. I truly hope that you find the help you are looking for whether it is with me or another therapist. I enjoy working with adults in an individual setting. I have extensive experience in working with those who are coping with stress, depression, anxiety, trauma, addictive behaviors, abuse, grief, self-esteem, and relationship issues. I believe each person can grow by working through things from the past that are holding them back and learning skills to help them when they feel stuck. I look forward to helping you achieve your goals.
My counseling style combines person/client centered treatment, cognitive behavioral and trauma therapy modalities. I am trained in a number of psychotherapy modalities such as Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Reprocessing (EMDR).
It would be my privilege to be able to share this journey with you and help you share your personal truths with me and be accepted and understood.
