I work with individuals and partnerships who have experienced trauma and/or abuse, struggling with anxiety and/or depression, those interested in self-exploration (gender, career, religious, sexual, etc.), or looking to make changes in how they show up in life or relationships. I also work with individuals in “alternative” dynamics (LGBTQIA+, ENM, poly, open, swinging, etc.). Because every person is unique so will their needs and desires. I approach my work through a variety of trauma-informed lenses to find balance between thinking and feeling emphasizing the importance of connection and experience in a safe environment.
We are not a collection of individual parts but operate in wholeness (mind, body, and spirit). The work with clients implements a holistic philosophy treating the entire system rather than focusing on isolated parts or symptoms.
I understand starting a therapeutic journey can be intimidating and, sometimes, scary. I will meet you and what you are experiencing with compassion and unconditional acceptance with no judgement.
