I am a Prepare/Enrich Certified Facilitator who has experience working with individuals, couples, families, and children (7+). Some of the issues I can help with include, but are not limited to, depression, anxiety, boundaries, PTSD, self-esteem, parent/child relationship issues, marital and premarital counseling, divorce, and grief.

During your session, I use many therapeutic approaches, some of which are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy (SFT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (SFT), and Motivational Interviewing. I will take the time to get to know you, your individual situation, and build a treatment plan that is individualized for you.

I provide services at Psychotherapy Associates of Kokomo, LLC (PAK). PAK is a multidisciplinary team of graduate trained, licensed, and license-eligible psychotherapists. We offer individual, couples, and family psychotherapy services.
