I am filled with hope for my clients as they grapple with pain, fear, and suffering while longing for renewal and restoration. I believe every person is created in the image of God and carries deep worth and dignity. My desire is to be a conduit of healing through both my life experience and professional training, offering care that brings hope, health, and integration. Along with EMDR, I use Internal Family Systems and offer ketamine assisted therapy and ketamine assisted retreats when appropriate, helping clients gently engage wounded parts, reduce barriers to healing, and experience deeper transformation.

I have experience working with adolescents, parenting issues, marriage, trauma and loss, shame and guilt, anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, loneliness, and body image concerns. I am passionate about sharing the compassionate love of Christ and thoughtfully incorporating sources of beauty such as nature, literature, and art in the healing process.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor. As a native Texan, I attended Baylor University earning a BS in Health Science and a Masters in Health Education. After serving adolescents in a Christian non-profit ministry, I was inspired to earn my Masters in Counseling at SFA. I have been licensed since 2001 and I am an EMDR certified consultant.
