I specialize in adult ADHD, anxiety, and depression. I teach through mindfulness techniques and coping strategies. My solution-focused technique helps with immediate problems to create a sense of relief while we also work on past traumas that could be deeply rooted.
I believe that we all have a journey within us, and at times we forget where we wanted to go or we decide that path we are on no longer serves us. My goal is to assist my client in finding their intended journey that is meant for them to achieve their goals and give them a sense of who they really are and intend to be.
