My approach is individualized and holistic as I believe there is no such thing as “one size fits all”. Together we’ll explore not only your thoughts, feelings and behaviors, but also the ways your body and nervous system respond. I integrate talk therapy with somatic-based interventions (Somatic Experiencing student) which can support deeper healing.
I believe meaningful change comes from focusing on what’s within our control and utilizing skills to help cope. Therapy is about offering the time, space and support you need in order to reconnect with your own resilience.
