My ideal clients are individuals seeking depth-oriented psychotherapy—whether they are beginning therapy, returning after prior work, or feeling stuck despite insight and effort. Many are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma-related patterns, relational difficulties, or periods of transition. Some are looking for a space to explore emotional material more fully, while others are seeking renewed clarity, emotional access, and momentum in their therapeutic work. I am LGBTQIA+ affirming, sex-positive, inclusive of all identities and enjoy working with clients in every life stage.

I am a depth-oriented psychotherapist and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) provider at Acheron Psychiatry. At Acheron, we view ketamine as a facilitator of depth-oriented psychotherapy—supporting emotional access, flexibility, and insight within an ongoing therapeutic process. I offer both individual psychotherapy and ketamine-assisted work.

Whether you are seeking individual therapy, couple's therapy, or exploring ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, I work collaboratively and at your pace. Some clients come to Acheron while continuing with an outside therapist; others begin or continue their therapy here.
