Heather Gerry, MA, LPC. My goal is to provide mental health treatment to children, teens, and adults suffering and seeking help. I provide an eclectic approach, allowing me to offer a uniquely adapted treatment options. I utilize the DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy) Model, TF-CBT (Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), other trauma informed models, play-based models for young children, and narrative approaches for many ages. I believe a good therapeutic relationship is necessary and the success is a combined effort between the person seeking mental health assistance and the therapist.

I provide a friendly, honest, and transparent communication style. I try to make sure each individual feels heard and less alone in their struggles. Therapy can be challenging at times, but communication, honesty, and consistency are key to get the most out of sessions with me.
