I work from an empowerment approach - in other words, I know that you are the expert about who you are, where you're from, and where you're going. My role is to provide feedback, guidance, and a safe environment to process that journey.
My expertise is in working on issues such as improving relationships, coping with anxiety and/or depression, life transitions (particularly pregnancy and early parenthood), and healing from trauma. I draw from a variety of tools during sessions, and my approach is always tailored to the individual.
