It is time to work through your trauma, perfectionism, and anxiety? Are you a therapist wanting to do more of your own work? I offer a fully virtual practice and work with individuals ages 18 and up. I specialize in helping other therapists, trauma survivors, and highly sensitive people heal. High achievers usually feel right at home working with me. Folks who are in transition phases often remark that I have helped them navigate their major shifts (e.g., parenting, divorce, coming out, retirement), too. I can't wait to work with you!
I'm passionate about the work I get to do. I combine parts work, EMDR, and Brainspotting primarily, and have several other tools we can use if those don't feel quite right. I offer concrete solutions and lots of resources, as well as ways we can experiment to help you achieve exactly what you want from therapy!
I offer consultations in the following areas: religious/spiritual/cultic trauma recovery, parenting gifted children, and navigating the world as a highly sensitive person.
