Welcome to Embodied Hope Therapy & Wellness! Therapy with me is gentle and deeply relational. Because stress & trauma are not just cognitive, but are embodied (are lived experiences in the body) healing is also embodied. I often include gentle, body-aware practices to help you feel more grounded, regulated, & connected to yourself. I have particular expertise in helping individuals &/or couples heal from the trauma of attachment wounding, sexual betrayal/infidelity, emotional abuse, and neglect. Therapy with me is more than just talk therapy. We can even meet outside at a safe spot in nature, or for walk-&-talk therapy on a trail.
At the heart of my work is attachment and connection, because healing happens in safe connection. My hope is that with me, you will feel seen, known, and understood.
I offer therapy that honors your beliefs and values. For clients who want it, I can thoughtfully integrate Christian faith and spirituality into our work. For others, therapy remains secular.
