I specialize in eating disorders, including disordered eating, compulsive exercise, and struggles with body image and self-esteem. I take a holistic, evidence-based approach, drawing on my background as a Health at Every Size–aligned personal trainer and my training toward Certified Eating Disorder Specialist (CEDS) through IAEDP. I also work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, and trauma. Asking for help takes courage. You don’t have to do this alone, and I’m truly glad you’re here.

Therapy is a collaborative process. You bring your lived experience; I bring training and support. Many people arrive feeling worn down by the struggle with their body or self-worth. Together, we gently work toward easing that struggle and building a life guided by what matters most to you.

I approach this work with hope and care, supporting people as they explore healing in their relationship with food, body, movement, and self.
