You have lived a unique life, and have stories of your experiences that no one else can tell. Stories of abuse and resilience, stories of how relationships have been stretched or broken and how you've waded through the aftermath. Together, we can work to dedicate time and attention into telling the stories of how you've been able to put the broken things in your life into new and beautiful things. I have a special interest in working with trauma and anxiety. My areas include PTSD, CPTSD, anxiety, panic disorders, sexual trauma, sex, depression, and relationship turmoil.
I approach therapy as a collaborative experience. I want to find the unique approaches that click for you, and allow your own passions and interests to help guide our journey. My goal is to create a space and relationship in which you can practice and learn skills to take with you outside of our time together.
Your experiences and struggles are valid and important. I hope to create a space where you are allowed a leading role in your own healthcare, where you know that your personal experiences and reactions to food, medicine, and techniques are believed and considered as we work. No approach is a one size fits all, but together I hope to find an approach for you.
