I hold a Master of Social Work from the University of Oklahoma and am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 25+ years of experience. I work with adults, teens, and families facing stress, anxiety, relationship challenges, grief, and life transitions. My goal is to provide a supportive space where you feel understood, empowered, and hopeful.
