In our sessions we will combine an unconditional-positive regard with empirically-proven techniques in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to discuss solutions to overcoming self-destructive thoughts and urges. In our sessions we will work side-by-side to restore hope in your life and empower you with effective solutions.
As a counselor I have worked with families from all around the world. I have specialized with high-risk behaviors in adolescents and adults. I know the type of intense feelings that come as a result of experiencing or witnessing highly traumatic events. Stress has many forms and pain can express itself in many ways.
