I help teens, college students, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, relationship challenges, stress, low self-esteem, and life transitions. Together, we'll build practical coping skills, increase self-understanding, strengthen resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change so you can feel more confident and connected in daily life.
