Together, we focus on understanding trauma responses, improving emotional regulation, setting healthy boundaries, and learning how to communicate needs clearly and respectfully. For couples, we identify unhelpful conflict patterns, rebuild connection, and create relationships that feel balanced, respectful, and supportive instead of reactive or painful.
I provide therapy for women, individuals, and couples in-person, as well as telehealth across Texas. Therapy with me isn’t about fixing you—it’s about helping you understand yourself, heal, and move forward with clarity and self-respect.
